By accessing and using the Gravity Funding platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Service Description
Gravity Funding provides trader evaluation services and simulated trading environments. We do not offer real trading of financial instruments, nor do we manage client capital in live markets. All trading occurs in simulated environments with demo accounts.
3. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable regulations.
4. Evaluation Fees and Costs
Evaluation fees are required to participate in trader evaluation. These fees support the infrastructure, model development, and operational costs of our platform. Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
5. Payouts and Withdrawals
Payouts are processed only after traders meet specified evaluation criteria or reach funded tier status. All payouts are processed in USDC via blockchain transfers and subject to verification and compliance requirements.
6. Limitation of Liability
Gravity Funding shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Trading involves substantial risk and potential loss of funds.
7. Changes to Terms
Gravity Funding reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the platform. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
